Spoon by spoon add almond meal to egg whites and mix until almond paste. Transfer almond paste into a piping bag with a star piping tip. Line backing sheet with parchment paper and pipe out your cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake in a preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 15 min.
