Potato Crust Pizza Gluten Free Recipe

POTATO CRUST PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 500g (1 pound) Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers(orange and red)
  • 1 pack of Prosciutto
  • 3-4 small tomatoes on the vine
  • some olives(green and black)
  • mozzarella cheese
  • fresh: rosemary, thyme, and oregano
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate potatoes in a water bath.
  2. Wash and drain.
  3. Use the kitchen towel to dry them off.
  4. Greece pizza form or cast iron skillet with Olive oil.
  5. Lay shredded potatoes and form the pizza crust.
  6. Bake at 435°F(220°C) for 20 minutes or until the edges of your potato crust are golden brown.
  7. Take out and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add topping and fresh herbs.
  9. The season just vegetables and drizzle with Olive oil.
  10. Place back in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and veggies are slightly browned.
  11. Slice and Enjoy!
