Maggi Recipe – 2 Ways

Ramen Noodles or Maggi is one of the easiest meals that you can prepare when you are in a hurry or just lazy to prepare an elaborate meal. These two easy Maggi is improvised versions of 2 minutes Maggi, they take a little longer to cook but not more than 20 minutes.

Masala Maggi and Egg Maggi

Ingredients

MASALA MAGGI

  • 1 packet instant ramen (boiled)
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas
  • ½ tsp chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce

EGG MAGGI

  • 1 packet instant ramen (boiled)
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp chopped green chili
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • 2 boiled egg
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Instructions

MASALA MAGGI

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion & sauté for 3 minutes
  3. Add carrot, green pea & sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add in green chili & & sauté for 1 minute
  5. Add in boiled ramen noodles, ramen seasoning, tomato ketchup & soya sauce
  6. Cook for more 2 – 3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro & serve immediately.

EGG MAGGI

  1. Roughly chop 1 & ½ boiled egg & save the other half.
  2. Heat oil & butter in a pan.
  3. Add chopped onion & sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add garlic & sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add chopped egg & instant ramen spice mix
  6. Cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add boiled ramen, salt & pepper.
  8. Add in soya sauce & lime juice. Mix well.
  9. Serve with the other half of the boiled egg & mint leaves.
