Homemade Churros Recipe

by Layla suzette

Fried crispy and sweet homemade churros
Plenty of dough, I made two round and elongated shapes
The round shaped churus is about 15cm long, squeezed on a heritage paper, frozen in the freezer for 1 hour and then fried.
Since it’s fried and swelled, it’s a good idea to pan the dough slightly when you make the dough
The elongate shape is squeezed out and fried in a natural shape
I have about 15 long strips and 3 round ones
Deep fried and chilled with oil and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, it’s crispy and delicious.
You can mix chocolate and fresh cream 1: 1 and melt it.
