Ingredients

  • 1 kl Cream Dory Fish Fillet, cut into cubes (preferred size)
  • 2 tbsp Calamansi Juice
  • Ground Mixed Peppercorn
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 cup Corn Starch
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Homemade Tartar Sauce:

  • 300g Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 30g Capers in Vinegar, drained and minced
  • 1 medium Red Onion, peeled and minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp Calamansi Juice
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Ground Mixed Peppercorn
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
