Ingredients

  • 650 grams Chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-size

Marinade:

  • 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground Mixed Peppercorn
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • *substitute for buttermilk:
  • 1 cup Whole Milk + 1 - 2 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar, rest for 5 - 10 minutes

Breading/s:

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Mixed Peppercorn
  • 2 tsp Spanish Paprika
  • 3 tsp Red Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
