Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken - 250 grams
  • Curd/Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Cheese - 2 tablespoon
  • Paste of Ginger garlic & Green chilies - 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Kasoori Methi/Dried Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with Curd, Fresh Cream, Cheese,Paste of Ginger Garlic & Green Chilli Paste, Crushed Black Pepper, Kasoori Methi, Garam Masala Powder, Lemon juice, Salt.
    mix them well.
  2. Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour.
  3. After marination add oil and cornflour & mix it well.
  4. Now pierce chicken cubes one by one in skewer,chicken is nicely marinated , so it will pierce easily.

For oven

  1. Cook at 180 degree Celsius for 12 to 15 mins

Without oven

  1. Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it.
  2. Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid the burning of butter.
  3. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  4. Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 2 min.
    10. After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over.
  5. Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for five minutes.
  6. After five minutes open the lid and cook it a high flame until the water gets dry.
  7. Cookout until you get nice grill marks.
  8. Now heat charcoal until it's red in color
  9. In the pan put a steel glass and place the coal in it.
  10. Pour the oil and cover it.
  11. Let it covered for 2 minutes.
  12. After 2 minutes remove the coal and serve it!

If charcoal is not available

  1. On high flame slightly roast the chicken pieces to get the smokey flavour.
