Accordion Layered Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 6-7 Yukon Gold Potatoes (count 1 potato per person, also depends on the size of your baking dish)
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • I stick(110gr) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Thinly sliced your potatoes.
  2. Pour half of melted butter on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Arrange them in the dish standing up like an "accordion".
  4. Pour remaining butter over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh Rosemary.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake at 375°F(190°C) for 1 hour, or more until potatoes are fork tender and crispy and brown on the edges,
